1. Bullet  Following the industry standard, assignments lasting more than two hours in duration, are highly technical meetings, or other specialty types of settings will require two interpreters and will be charged separately. The account representative will work with you to determine how many interpreters will be necessary for the assignment.

  2. Bullet  Cancellation Policy: Clients will be billed for the full request for any assignment not cancelled within three full DAS business days before the scheduled event.

  3. Bullet  Payment Procedures: A signed contract or purchase order is required before delivery of services. Payment terms: net 30 days. We prefer electronic funds transfer for payment if available.

  4. Bullet  Additional expenses will apply to all requests lasting less than 3 hours. Transportation expenses may apply.

  5. Bullet  A signed contract or purchase order is required before services can be ordered online.

  6. Bullet  Requests should be made in advance of the event, preferably 2 weeks, to ensure the availability of staff to support you.

  7. Bullet  We will make every reasonable effort to meet your needs, however, market demands occasionally outstrip supply. The longer the lead-time we have the more likely it becomes that we can guarantee support.

  8. Bullet  For out of area requests, we will make every effort to secure local interpreters to the assignment location. Should local interpreters not be available, we will provide interpreters from a local vendor and bill at cost plus an administration fee of 8%. Advance notice will be given should this be necessary.
