  • A signed contract or purchase order is required before services can be ordered online.
  • Cancellation Policy: All clients are billed in full for any assignment not cancelled within two full business days before the schedule event.
  • Requests should be made at least three business days in advance of the event to ensure the availability of staff to support you.
  • For events scheduled on short notice (two days or less), a premium will be applied in accordance with the service being procured. Support cannot be guaranteed for short notice.
  • For occupational safety reasons, some interpreting assignments may require a team of two or more interpreters. Examples include assignments that are more than two hours in duration, highly technical meetings and platform interpreting. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate staffing level.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to meet your needs, however, market demands occasionally outstrip supply. The longer the lead-time we have the more likely it becomes that we can guarantee support.
